  Our team will review your request and schedule an inspection to ensure the item is in original, unassembled condition with all packaging intact.

  Collection and Logistics

  Once approved, we will coordinate a professional collection of the item; please note that a restocking fee and transportation charges may apply for non-defective returns.

  Refund Processing

  After the item is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit within 14 business days.
